## v0.1.0 — 27 Oct 2026 — Phase 1 demo (Holidays)
- Shared core: sign-in, sessions, roles and permissions grid, teams with minimum staffing, people, activity log, settings, Overview tiles from each module.
- Holidays: balances (entitlement, carry-over, adjustments, taken, booked, waiting, remaining), booking with half days and live
  working-day count, change and cancel through approval, booking on behalf, approvals with clash and minimum-staffing warnings,
  team calendar with print and A4 PDF (built-in PDF writer, no libraries), people and balances, holiday settings.
- Brand: Aalterpaint red #E20714, black, greys; Archivo (free Google font) in place of Tablet Gothic; square, technical layout.
- Lock-down: robots.txt, X-Robots-Tag, crawler/AI bot block, HTTPS, `_shared` and database blocked.
- Fixes during testing:
  - A waiting change of dates no longer counts on top of the booking it replaces (only extra days count).
  - Team name rows on the calendar stay visible when the grid scrolls to today.
  - Balance tiles sit two to a row on phones.
  - Home-screen icon replaced with a sharp 180 px version.
  - `/.well-known/` left open so cPanel AutoSSL can renew the certificate.
- Tested: every screen for operator, supervisor and administrator at desktop and phone width; booking, overlap and balance limits,
  approve, reject (reason required), cancellation returning days, permissions, PDF output.

## Open items (from the brief)
Domain and hosting; Dutch/English; vector logo; approvers per team; leave types and entitlements; carry-over and pro rata rules;
2026–27 shutdown days; minimum staffing; email sender; production documents for Phase 2.
